Connections was established in 1985 by sisters Frances
Alexander and Marian Dobkin with the aim of responding
to business recruitment needs by providing a highly
responsive, rapid service.
Marian's son, Jonathan Dobkin, joined the company in
1997 from the insurance company Sedgwicks. Her daughter
Michelle Dobkin joined Connections in 1992. Both are
now Directors and play a pivotal role in overseeing
Connections' continuing business success.
